You take a deep breath as you feel yourself slowly wake. You run the sleep from your eyes with your hand. You began to stretch your arms out when you realize your attached to something. You look down at your chilled hand. There's another hand attached. You follow it with your eyes as it connects to a sleeping winter spirit. You smile sweetly. He stayed with you. He really did. You weren't surprised or embarrassed like last time. He stayed to comfort you. He stayed because you asked him to.

*“That's Zack. Can you help him?” I ask. Sandy floated closer to Zack so his could get a better look.

Suddenly, Sandy's face turned from a smile to a look of horror!

“What's wrong, Sandy?!” I shoot him a look of worry.

Sandy keeps the horrified look on his face. He just stares at Zack.

“Sandy?!”*

18: Hair~Hair: Sandy~

In the past Wander had always loved her hair. It was long and wavy, and it was once the only thing she loved other than herself. But once she lost her very special friend did she begin to hate her hair. It reminded Wander too much of what she once was and had to cut it off to the point of butchering it.

Nothing else mattered anymore.

Sandy never did like Wander’s short hair. Everything about it was uneven, choppy and messy. At one time he even asked to fix her hair, but Wander would refuse every time. She never did like people touching her hair.

Without further ado, our winners:

1st place:

The art is very well done and captures the personality of the guardians, as well as that the descriptions are simple, yet give us a good idea of how things went with each of them in turn. Fits the theme to a T.

2nd Place:

A close competition with the first placer, this one is a brilliant comic portraying Sandy and Jack playing tricks on each other. The plot us original and almost canon, with very cute art.

There were many who knew that the first guardian was the Man in the Moon, but none of them knew who came next, or last for that matter. However, the moon knows one Sanderson Mansnoozie was the second to become a guardian. The moon told him what to do and the sandman did it without complaint. After all, he was the guardian of dreams.

Sanderson had many adventures as a protector and along the way had met the soon-to-be guardians.

Toothania was the first one he met. She was a hybrid of a human and a bird. He had found her one night badly injured as she held a bag full of teeth. Tooth at first was afraid, but slowly warme

Some very cute short stories detailing how Sandy first encountered each guardian.

I'm so sorry for being inactive for almost a month :saddummy: When we hit February, I'll start to hire some Co founders who can help me in sorting out deviations. My computer broke and i have no choice but to wait. I'm so sorry again. you can submit them again and expect on getting on the group's gallery ASAP. Sorry for the inconvenience and expect that it won't happen again :hug::heart:
